"When literally everything I want to do is magically a violation of the Constitution, that's very unfair and bad treatment."

Sad

Funny how that ridiculous "Constitution" thing works.

Why is it always such a wake up call when conservatives finally take the time to read it?

I mean, the part that isn't the Second Amendment, of course.
They've all read that, though they didn't understand it.

Left Wing judges just make things up.

Whenever you hear that some judge discovered a right in due process or equal protection, you know they just made it up.

Whether it is Miranda "rights" or gay marriage, most of this liberal nonsense is nowhere at all in the Constitution.

He learned just enough on the subject of Constitutional law to become arrogant and dangerous.

All this obstructionism being so enthusiastically tossed about by the Donkey-Rats is going to bite them in the ass.

But, being Donkey-Rats, they don't see it.

Because like comrade AssClown they are St000pid.

You mean he hasn't been indoctrinated by the liberal professors yet so can still think on his own?

Sure, Tool.

As you're someone who has never been to college, it's no surprise you don't know the kind of full-of-himself neophyte I'm talking about.

Can any of you righttards tell me why it is that your hero keeps wanting to do things that are unconstitutional?? And....ONLY those things that are unconstitutional. LOL

looks like it's the Left that is now having a hard time with the Constitution...... Sweetheart!

Those district judges in Calif and Washington, and the 9th Circuit, are politicians.

They favor the Left Wing, so they just hate Trump.

For example, the travel ban litigation was spectacularly stupid because any president -- any one, of any party -- has very broad statutory latitude re immigration.

Here, the difference is that Trump is not a liberal Democrat and so they pretend some of his orders do not meet constitutional muster.

Of course, they are totally wrong and they know that.

Dogshit, just because Madcow tells you something is unconstitutional does not make it so.

What qualifies this raving lesbian to be an authority on the Constitution?

Nothing. Just like your hero comrade AssClown is not an expert on anything just because he's a homosexual. Raving yes, expert no.
Self admitted right here too.

AssClown Steppinfetchit Insipid, just because johnforbes tells you something is constitutional does not make it so.

What qualifies this closet queen to be an authority on the Constitution?

Nothing.

You have presented no support for your views (i.e. your handlers' views) because you can't, so you simply resort to name calling and loud mouthed bullying. It's because you have no game, obviously. Thought and reason escape your pea brain's capabilities. But you dance real gud, for an owned slack-jawed punk bitch urinal, that is.

"Dog...you actually believe that Russia meddled in the election bullshit?? "

Believe?? Nope! I KNOW it. (Belief is for dreamers) The evidence is all around us. *Some* are just too mean and stubborn to admit it.

First there was no meeting with the Russians.

Then there was a meeting with the Russians.

However the meeting was about adoptions.

Then it was found out that they were going to dish the dirt on Clinton.

They first said there was three people then it was eight?

By Clownkicker
#91047
Everyone knows it takes eight people (including an "ex" KGB guy) to talk about adoption.

These clowns actually believe that's what the meeting was supposed to be about.
Why all those people with no connections whatsoever to adoptions were there is just another of those Trump mysteries that don't bother the true believers in the least.

Nothing to see here, right, dimwits?

He chokes on his answer..and says" Uhh, I want to hear what he has to say.."

Poor, Poor Donnie Jr.

I guess lying runs in the family. Now we have proof:

"Oh boy after being really inconsistent in my workouts coming back to @Crossfit #murph is a recipe for disaster. Did ok but 5 minutes off my PR of 31:56. @crossfitmountkisco Run 1 mile do 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 air squats then run another mile. Was excited to have Kai run the last mile with me to keep me going. #crossfit #memorialdaymurph"-Donald Trump Jr.

"Trump Jr.’s BTW profile shows that he did the Murph in 66 minutes in May 2012, and then shaved a whole half an hour off by June 2012. A fair-minded observer might consider this degree of improvement in one month suspicious. I spoke with a handful of CrossFit enthusiasts, all of whom said that a typical time is much higher. House workout enthusiast Hamilton Nolan said it was unlikely that anyone could shave half an hour off of their time in a month, and that a more human time would be between 55 and 75 minutes. Ex-USF football player and current CrossFit coach Nick Schuyler told Deadspin that a 31:56 Murph was an “unbelievable time” and that he wasn’t sure if it was possible.

Deadspin asked Andrew Moose, a former CrossFit coach and current owner of Ethos Strength and Conditioning in Sacramento, about Trump Jr.’s PR. He noted that Trump Jr.‘s reported Memorial Day time was faster than the winning time in the Murph event at the 2015 CrossFit Games:

2015 CrossFit Games men’s division first place time: 38:56. Nothing else needs to be said really. He is completely full of shit."

Perhaps johnforbes would show his support for Don Jr. and give us his own record breaking time for The Murph?
Wait, The Murph doesn't include 500 sit ups.

I've never done that Cross Fit stuff because it just seems like a bad idea.

You can see those people hauling weights around a parking lot and risking a myocardial infarct because they are in bad shape.

Would Cross Fit work to get a person, eventually, into good shape? I guess so, but a hard workout will eventually make people quit doing it.

Ever wonder why gyms want people to sign contracts?

Because they know people will stay motivated, mostly, for only a few months.

Yes, of course that's what JJ was doing, but that wasn't the real subject of The Kicker's post. It was about the lies of the son.

Clownlicker was asking me, in essence, how I maintained such remarkable cross-trained fitness, so I replied with my skepticism about Cross Fit.

Any regimen which is very difficult, or where you strive for personal bests, will result in injuries and/or be done for only a brief period of time.

What I've done is integrate fitness into multiple decades.

Yes, I've run plenty of suburban 10k races, and longer, but only for fun and socializing.

Unlike Clownslacker, I can tell the difference.

And, unlike Clown, the difference matters to me where it wouldn't matter to a deviant, demented, dark, dastardly denizen of the sick, socialist, splashy Frisco baths like Clown.
