The house subpoenaed Mulvaney, Pompeo, and Bolton and they didn't show up to testifty........correct?

They could have easily cleared if Trump.......and then Trump wouldn't have been impeached....correct?

Mitch McConnell said this morning that there has been no impeachment filed, just a vote. He gave Pelosi until the end of this year to either file for impeachment or the Senate would consider it a done matter. He said he has refused to allow Pelosi to dictate how the Senate conducts their business and will continue to do so. He added that he has seen all the evidence the House has and they have nothing to support impeachment, that's why she refuses to file for impeachment.

Trump was bellyaching about the house investigation claiming that the witness testimony was all "hearsay."

Now we have Mulvaney, Pompeo, and Bolton who have direct knowledge of the events that took place. The three can clear this whole thing up. But Trump is blocking them and has not released documents requested by the house.

If Trump had nothing to hide then he would clear them to testify. If Trump knew he was clean then he would have no problem allowing them to testify....

For someone who supposedly went to law school, once again johnforbes demonstrates his gross ignorance of the American legal system.

johnny doesn't understand that a grand jury sees enough evidence to indict someone, but that doesn't mean that the trial prosecutors don't need to come up with more and better evidence to insure conviction by a typical jury.

Prosecutors don't go to trial and only present photocopies of grand jury evidence. No, they must present all the evidence again, they call all the witnesses they can and they provide the latest evidence against the accused, even that not seen by the grand jury.

That's why Trump should release all the documents and first hand witnesses to testify. It's the only way he will have his side of the story told at trial, which is what every Trump supporter claims they want. ( But then they could all just be lying to us about it, if past behavior is to be taken into account.)

Clown doesn't understand that the House isn't a grand jury, they are the prosecutor, they conduct their investigation and if they feel they have enough to convict, they present it to the court (Senate) for trial. ;)

Tool, the House is not identical to a grand jury and they are not identical to a prosecutor. Nowhere else in the U.S. does a grand jury prosecute a case. But in this case they act like a grand jury to decide whether or not there is enough evidence to indict Trump. Like a grand jury, that's what they did. No prosecution has begun yet, you ignorant partisan hack, but when a trial starts, some representatives will also prosecute.

RealTool once again got busted trying to pretend he knows something about laws. He actually thought the House is nothing more than a prosecutor and it's up to the Senate to take only what evidence is handed to them by the House without question to prove the Articles of Impeachment. During the trial there may be more more evidence produced and more defense provided than what is merely handed to them by the House.

Now don't you feel stupid?

It is now just past 11 am on the East Coast.

Before noon today -- in this very next hour of Clown's miserable life -- he can actually see a digital photo of the wall of my office showing my educational background.

His years of wondering will be over, and his speculation will be replaced with actual information.

Clown knows how to obtain this info, but he constantly refuses to do so.

johnny, I don't wonder at all about your education. You display none at all here. You can't logically argue a point or produce a shred of evidence to support anything you say. You never do.

johhnforbes could easily produce a digital photo of the wall of his so called 'office' today, no doubt studded with internet-acquired and photo-shopped diplomas and not convince anyone except dimwitted Trump supporters that he earned any of them.

johnforbes knows how to post this information, but he constantly refuses to do so.

It is now past noon, and Clown has squandered yet another chance to satisfy his curious nature and ascertain my credentials.

Time and time again, I have urged Clown to replace speculation with information, and time and again he has fled from this simple challenge.

For my part, I've often stated my respect for Clown's A.A. degree from the prestigious Lower Swamp Bank Institute for Culinary Dishwashing.

Once again johnforbes wusses out on another chance to post his photo-shopped 'credentials'.

Time and time again johnforbes has pretended he wants to replace speculation with information, and time and again he has fled from this simple challenge.

It is proof positive that he is nothing but a bloviating hypocritical windbag.

Today, the sky is gray and the air is a crisp 32 F.

The coffee is hot and a light mist is rising over the lake.

As this day commences, it affords Clownslacker yet another fresh opportunity to view my credentials and end his long agony of uncertainty.

No, they won't be photo-enhanced or modified in any way. After all, I can barely figure out how to turn a computer to "ON" or "OFF."

Clown knows how to obtain the info he so deeply wants, so why does he remain so afraid?
