Tool, the House is not identical to a grand jury and they are not identical to a prosecutor. Nowhere else in the U.S. does a grand jury prosecute a case. But in this case they act like a grand jury to decide whether or not there is enough evidence to indict Trump. Like a grand jury, that's what they did. No prosecution has begun yet, you ignorant partisan hack, but when a trial starts, some representatives will also prosecute.
RealTool once again got busted trying to pretend he knows something about laws. He actually thought the House is nothing more than a prosecutor and it's up to the Senate to take only what evidence is handed to them by the House without question to prove the Articles of Impeachment. During the trial there may be more more evidence produced and more defense provided than what is merely handed to them by the House.
