Mueller lied under oath several times and the lies are starting to come out. He should be held to the same standard Flynn was. Mueller said President George H. W. Bush appointed him to his post in Massachusetts, but records show Mueller was appointed to that post by President Ronald Reagan in 1986.

As Mueller himself pointed out when he charged Flynn, the untruth under oath is a lie no matter why the untruth was spoken, it's a felony thus the charges.

Today was swing 6 by the Democrats and they refuse to let go of the bat! Did you see the look on the Democrats' faces as the hearing neared the end? They looked like they had been at a funeral to long and the body was starting to stink.

By the way Mueller looked and acted like he needed to be hooked up to an IV and put on oxygen. What today told me is that Mueller didn't have the mental power to run that investigation, he struggled to answer even basic questions, he couldn't remember facts, evidence, or even his own conclusions. He didn't even know what was in his own report, his team of Resistance Democrats wrote that report and had senile Mueller sign it.

This was clearly the Weissman Investigation because Mueller was in outer space, and couldn't even name the president who handed him his first big legal job.

The second part of the Mueller report was garbage because a prosecutor charges or shuts the hell up.

What Mueller did -- really what Weissman and Rhee did -- was toss out a bunch of garbage for political purposes, while admitting they were unable to charge.

Meanwhile, Mueller's entire team knew -- had to know -- that the dossier was utterly fake from the start.

Despite his highly questionable law background, johnforbes still doesn't seem to understand that Mueller was not a "special prosecutor" but was actually a "special counsel" charged with writing a report to the Attorney General. It was not primarily his job to prosecute Trump. But if he had failed to include a report of all the evidence he found about obstruction of justice, he would have been remiss in his duty to the AG. It was the AG's job to decide whether to prosecute Trump. And you see where that gets America.

Everyone knew from day 1 that a sitting President could not be charged while in office, so what johnforbes is actually saying is that no President should ever be investigated because they can't ever be charged with a crime. That's just stupid.
Well, unless the guy being investigated is a Democrat, of course. johnforbes never lets his hypocrisy get in the way of his partisan politics.

Meanwhile, even if the quite real dossier is called "fake" by morons who don't know the meaning of the word, (I have tried repeatedly to get him to look up simple words like "socialism" without any results) it is still irrelevant to the facts uncovered about Trump's obstruction. That investigation had nothing to do with the dossier. It was about Trump's daily crimes we all witnessed on TV.

He asked Mueller to be on the team, and became his deputy, and the investigation began AFTER Weissman was informed that the dossier was fake, that Steele hated Trump, and that Steele asked the State Dept to circulate the fake dossier in order to influence the 2016 election.

Dems pretend to be concerned about election interference, but the fake dossier was intended to do just that.
