A sitting president can't be charged with a crime, the only option is to impeach but it takes the Majority of the House and 2/3rds of the Senate to convict a President of impeachment. He pointed out that even if EVERY Democrat in the House and Senate were to vote for impeachment it would take half of the Republicans to vote for impeachment and he said anyone who thinks that is going to happen is clueless. He added that Trump presently has more support from Republicans in the House and Senate then he had when elected. The CNN's hosts set in horrified silence then cut to an advertisement to escort the guy out.:lol: :lol: :lol:

Yep, it is actually the position of the "justice" folks too.

The Left has been on some fantasy mission that they will undo the 2016 election.

So they are assuming the President can be "forced" to appear and sit there all day in front of Mueller

Even a first year law student knows anyone is exempt from a subpoena
