A sitting president can't be charged with a crime, the only option is to impeach but it takes the Majority of the House and 2/3rds of the Senate to convict a President of impeachment. He pointed out that even if EVERY Democrat in the House and Senate were to vote for impeachment it would take half of the Republicans to vote for impeachment and he said anyone who thinks that is going to happen is clueless. He added that Trump presently has more support from Republicans in the House and Senate then he had when elected.
