Inspections have been going on for months. Don't believe me? Believe the IAEA report from as far back as January 16th.

And the three month figure for a bomb is the time it would have taken to produce weapons grade uranium from existing stocks if all of Iran's 19,000 centrifuges were used at once for that job.
If only half were used, it would have taken twice as long. They already have the other technologies needed.

But the deal also reduces Iran's stockpiles of partially enriched uranium (which could be further enriched to weapons grade) by 97% and the number of centrifuges is reduced to around 5000.
They no longer have the machines or the uranium to quickly produce a bomb.

As the Washinton Post reported on June 3rd, Iran has been complying completely with the letter of the agreement, and that's why they don't have a bomb today.

Inspections have been going on for months.

The places where the nuclear development labs are located are ALL off limits to inspections and Obama agreed to it. Iran has provided a list a places "they'll" allow inspections as long as inspectors are preapproved, preannounced and escorted by Iranian officials on a date chosen by Iran.
