By allowing Obama's many unprecedented executive actions Congress and the people have created an estoppel of their authority and powers of stopping future Presidents from doing the same. The conservatives go far right wing and elect teabaggers who went out and engaged in obstructionist politics then shut down the government. Now they are screaming bloody murder that the government is "broken" and they have chosen a dimwit who is clueless about government policy and could really care less about the constitution to "fix" what is "broken."
