When Hillary started coughing, there was silence, not cheering.
The crowd started laughing and cheering when she said "Let me get a drink of water." and then reached for one.

But the reason for the cheering really doesn't matter for the purposes of your trolling thread title because the clip has no context. They are probably cheering about some humorous reference Hillary made about coughing earlier in the speech that is not included in the video. I don't know and you don't know.
But it absolutely doesn't show what you claim it shows. That's just a fact. It isn't a matter of debate.
