Of course this is a thinly disguised attempt to destroy the economy of the United States and push us into third world shit hole status. To be administered by our wise and gentle socialists masters of course.

AssClown Loser Lucky is hoping that if he strives mightily for the socialist cause that, once the revolution comes, he will be named to a high position in the new regime. Something fitting his intellect and abilities. Such as, perhaps third deputy under supervisor (provisional) of the Glorious People's Fence Post Fabrication and Warehousing Collective.
