The ATF requires gun dealers to exercise judgment in refusing service to people who they feel might be unstable or a threat in general. A gun dealer in my State was sued by the DOJ and faces jail time for selling a gun to a skin head who then used the weapon to kill his black neighbor.

The Koran says Muslims are to kill those unlike them so if a skin head is considered a threat in general, than Muslims certainly are.
