The Supreme Court delivered a stunning blow Thursday to President Obama, ruling that he broke the law when making recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. In a unanimous decision, the high court sided with Senate Republicans and limited the president's power to fill high-level vacancies with temporary appointments. It was the first-ever Supreme Court test involving the long-standing practice of presidents naming appointees when the Senate is on break. Reacting to the Supreme Court decision on Thursday, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the administration is "deeply disappointed" in the ruling. He said the administration disagrees with the decision.

It was a unanimous decision by the Supreme Court but yet Obama has the brass to say they're wrong to question his powers. If this doesn't convince liberals Obama is out of control and considers himself a king nothing will. The fact that even Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Ginsburg said Obama broke the law should have humbled Obama but he just brushed their decision aside as being wrong.

After the Obamacare ruling, in which Roberts made a total fool of himself, the Sup Ct was viewed as pretty much a joke.

“[W]e’re not just going to sit around and wait for Congress,” he explained. “We’ve been waiting a year already. The president has tasked his Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson with reviewing what options are available to the president, what is at his disposal using his full executive authority to address problems that have been created by our broken immigration system. The President is being forced to act on immigration reform because Congress won't, let there be no doubt there will be action in the immediate future, it will be swift and meaningful.”

Obama has no fear or our laws or respect for the Supreme Court, the United States has a Dictator not a President.

What was not mentioned was this decision was the 13th time the Supremes bitch slapped ZeroBama 9-0. Even his hand selected bed wetting liberal leftists cannot stand his flouting of the law.

There is a feeling going around among those who think about such things that the Supremes are sending ZeroBama a message with their 9-0 votes against his Marxist agenda. That they are worried about the direction away from the Constitution he is taking the country.
One hopes this is true but I cannot rely on Sotomayor (sp?) or Kagen's grounding in original intent.
