I am planning a trip to Haulover Beach later this month, and used to stay at Ocean Palm Motel in Sunny Isles, FL. I heard that they have torn the old hangout down. Is that true, or is it still open? If not, any suggestions for a close motel on the beach near Haulover Beach? Ocean Palm was a great place to stay for voyeurs and exhibitionists!

Look up the address in Google maps and go to the earth view. You'll see a patch of grass where it used to be.
