The Tea Party says it will not work, and unfortunately so do many M.D.s.

So does common sense.

Where Obamacare rates have been lowered at all, take a gander at how that happeneding. It did by limiting the selection of doctors and by heavily restricting care.

Look, all this is inevitable in ANY federally regulated plan.

The federal govt has its own regulations, and it wants to add 30 million new people plus 12 million illegals will get de facto care via clinics, and the ONLY way to pay for this mess is to lower the quality of care to all.

Update to my OP:

My neighbor, who is 80 and on SS, is one of the ones canceled. She has checked for another Medigap provider and has found that new coverage will cost her about 3 1/2 times what she was paying since she is older now. She lives on SS and this is huge for her.

The AP is reporting that 67% of traffic on the Affordable Health Care's signup website today has been on the Spanish site.
