Probably will punt on Prop 8.
Probably will repeal the section of DOMA.
It's interesting how some of the "conservative" justices will most likely support traditional bigotry simply because it is their traditional bigotry and will probably entirely ignore all legal principle and precedence and the fact that there has been no valid legal defense of this bigotry.
It's sad how there "conservatives" ignore the principle of freedom, liberty, and equality and vote for "false moral" bigotry.
