We need some new Congressional Rules.
Any meeting of Congress members not open to all members of Congress may not be held on any government property. No government expense may be incurred.
Closing a member of Congress meeting to public participation or attendance must require a majority vote of Congress in open session.
Laws may not be written or enforced that exempt members of Congress from the law as it applies to the public.
A new law restricting spending in the tax code. The tax code should only collect taxes. Spending should be restricted to open spending bills passed by Congress. No tax exemptions. No tax credits. No reductions in taxes. Tax all revenue for all entities or tax all profit for all entities. Eliminate the present system of taxing profit on all non-earned income and taxing revenue on all earned income. A 4% tax on all revenue n the United States is sufficient. All corporate revenue, all business revenue, all earned revenue.
