Thanks for your reply. There is no "conditions" from your end to be discussed here and now. My message is very clear: My law firm will review the VW pages at 10am EDT and if fingerpointing using names did not stop at that time, meaning that all real names have been removed and will be protected from further publishing, they will start working on the electronic and paper files me and some other parties of the ex-VW-network gave them. They already reviewed the material and their response was: "Wow, this is a BIG thing and contains plenty of smoking guns". They will put up a website under their own firm's name and will start releasing to public whatever they believe is OK to be released (and pair it with public records, names and more). This does not cost me any time and it actually does not cost me any money either. They do it for their own fame because the leak site will be under their firm's name. I never bluffed. This will be the scenario - period - and there will be no way back once the floodgate opens.
On the other hand, this is not my style and I am not a big friend of public slaughters. I therefore ask you one more time very politely to kindly stop slander and libel on your site and to self-police real names. On top of that I also offer to talk to Simon about the things you brought up. I will try to understand the concept of "honoring memberships" of members who signed up with Social Media Inc and see, whether he is willing to stop honoring those memberships. And I will talk to him about mass emails and will ask him to abandon that plan (IF he had any plan at all and IF he has email addies at all - I don't know). I will try to look into all those things...but I expect the first step from you into a respectful direction at 10am EDT sharp.
