Given the medical plan provided by this fine forum, Clowntoker's "brain" was scanned in an effort to medically understand his 27,825,240 postings over the past 87 years he has loitered around the Worldwide Interwebs.

We are all familiar with concentric plaque which causes stenosis, lessening blood flow to vital orgams such as the brain.

In the strange case of Clowntoker, the plaque is eccentic, but of course are the odd postings from Clown, whose brain resembles a moldy peach at this point.
