Political discussions about everything

Dishonestjohn thinks it is wrong that one mass shooting will be pushed off the front pages by yet another mass shooting in a couple of days.

Wake up, johnny. That's as stupid as saying, as Republicans do, that now is not the time to discuss political solutions to the gun crisis, but instead it's a time to mourn.

The trouble with that foolishness is we have 10 mass shootings each week in the U.S. (233 so far this year) That means Republicans believe there is NEVER a good time to discuss gun control legislation because everyone will be in perpetual mourning for the rest of their lives in a Republican world.

Republicans actually want to live in a violent and dangerous society. They choose it every day with their rhetoric and obstructionism. It's the only way they can keep enough dimwits so terrified that they will hold their noses and vote for them despite 88% of Americans wanting to ban assault-style rifles and high capacity magazines.

No, what is wrong is the different treatment given by the press to a black versus a white shooter.

If the shooter is white, the story is played as a hate crime, but when a minority commits the crime -- as the Waukesha and Subway tragedies showed -- they are not dubbed hate crimes.

Well, RINO Paul Ryan is getting about 300k per year for being on the Fox Board and messing things up.

For example, Fox won't cover problems with the 2020 election as if it is somehow wrong to question an election.

But Hillary claimed she was cheated in 2016, said so for years, and Stacy Abrams claimed she was cheated in 2018.
