We've all heard about Dr Woodcock at the FDA and the slow approval process for vaccines.

And we all know Elkin registered down at the Dew Drop Inn as "Dr. Woodcock"!

Joking aside, perhaps some Americans are following their own personal version of a "traditional, cautious process for vaccine approval"?
