Well, it was signed into federal custody on 12/9/19.

Hunter's lawyer requested its return, so it is Hunter's.

The Bidens have not even stated that any of the emails and pics are not genuine because, well, they are.

The Bidens will face scrutiny, and deservedly so given Joe's decades of cashing in.

They have not said the email and pics are not genuine for the best reason of all -- they are, and even the Biden-loving agency to which they were remanded in December said so.
