A 2018 video has resurfaced of then-Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh making very similar comments.

In a broadcast last September, Pugh, a black Democrat, tours an East Baltimore neighborhood with other city leaders.

“What the hell. We should just take all this shit down,” she can be heard saying of the surrounding slums. “Whoa, you can smell the rats. Whew, Jesus. Oh, my God, you can smell the dead animals.”

Cummings is learning not to mess with the bull!

Cummings has stopped his attacks on living conditions of illegals on the border, but it's to late...Trump still has a spot light on Baltimore illuminating the filth and extreme poverty and crime conditions Cummings has built over 26 years.

There was a report on TV last night with the dishonest headline "Trump Attacks Baltimore."

No, Trump was attacking the hypocritical politicians who led Baltimore down this path.

There hasn't been a Republican mayor there in 50 years.

In St Louis, also a mess, 70 years.

In Detroit, also a mess, 60 years.
