Consider this, off year elections are historically rough on the incumbant's party. This last one was exceptionally easy on Republicans, who lost WAY fewer seats in the house than past elections, and actually gained in the Senate. This scared the hell out of Democrats who along with the media had predicted they would win 3 or 4 times the amount of seats than they actually won.
This left them but one option for 2020, they HAVE to convince voters that Trump is a criminal and they stacked the deck on the Mueller team to insure indictments for collision and conspiracy with the Russians were made. Just like the midterm elections, the Democrats were disappointed when the Mueller team came up empty handed, Making Trump the most investigated President in history and come out smelling like a rose. Democrats will now have no choice but to fabricate evidence and lie even more than they have been. It's going to get nasty and Trump now needs to start bitch slapping them and accept he's never going to win the libtards over so destroy them.
