Military exercises can be resumed anytime...

Besides the Pentagon had already decided back in January
they would be cutting back on US participation this year...
The US would not be using any carriers this time around..
About 23K US troops take part while SK uses about 300K of their troops...
the majority of the exercises are computer simulations ..then field exercises.


S. Korea's concern may be the money generated by such exercises ..
Because they should have nothing to fear from KIm...look like they made their peace.. :o

Consider people in South Korea who have lived their entire lives with the anxiety which should be less, although of course not entirely gone.

Now miraculously it's a stroke of genius to the hate-filled Right for Trump to talk to North Korea without preconditions. Their only concern was to be against ANYTHING Obama wanted to do. It was the hate-filled Right's official policy.
