The mayor of Stockton, Calif. wants to provide a universal basic income for the city's poorest residents. Starting this year, an experimental program called the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (SEED) will pay $500 a month to every "resident" living below the poverty level with no strings. Citizenship isn't required, just that they can prove they live in Stockton and don't have a reported income above the poverty level. Some have questioned where the funding will come from since Stockton recently filed for bankruptcy due to not being able to fund the programs they already have. This is specifically being put in place to attract more illegals and minorities into the city to insure the mayor's power base. Whites will be driven out because they will have to continue to dig deep into their pockets to appease the mayor who doesn't give a damn about being restricted by a budget.
