The mayor of Stockton, Calif. wants to provide a universal basic income for the city's poorest residents. Starting this year, an experimental program called the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (SEED) will pay $500 a month to every "resident" living below the poverty level with no strings. Citizenship isn't required, just that they can prove they live in Stockton and don't have a reported income above the poverty level. Some have questioned where the funding will come from since Stockton recently filed for bankruptcy due to not being able to fund the programs they already have.

This is specifically being put in place to attract more illegals and minorities into the city to insure the mayor's power base. Whites will be driven out because they will have to continue to dig deep into their pockets to appease the mayor who doesn't give a damn about being restricted by a budget.

At a town hall meeting someone asked where the money was going to come from to fund the Mayor's new program and he replied "We have to have compassion for residences in need, the injustice can no longer be ignored" The crowd gave the Mayor a standing ovation. When the person pointed out the Mayor hadn't answered his question the person was shouted down and booed by the crowd, the Mayor just smiled and moved on to the next question.

Stockton will soon be California's biggest shithole.

Good point, a white citizen might be able to sneak through a crack in their system and get the money meant for illegals and minorities. God forbid if a Republican received any.

45% of "residents" in Stockton don't speak English at home. 25% are believed to be illegally in the country. Churches are being closed while several new Mosques are being built. What a shithole.
