Everything started when a Twitter user sent the company a message asking them to terminate its relationship with CNN. At first, it seemed like the typical situation of a person requesting something from a huge corporation through a social media network but not receiving any answer.

Fortunately, far from ending up being like this, ADT not only responded, but also stated that the Florida-based company doesn’t support these kinds of acts, and for that reason, it had started the process of pulling its ads from the media outlet.
