When it comes to the claims of paying a "fair share" that is really disingenuous, because the tax code favors the wealthy. Why...because there are different classes of income and different rates for each class.

When Romney can make millions and pay less than 15% on his income because he gets paid in the form of dividends, while others who generate the same amount of ordinary income will end up paying 35%. The term "fair share" is moot...

Since BHO has been in office there have been no budgets so 100% of everything he has spent on everything is off the books.
