As you've probably heard by now, Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein released the 312-page transcript detailed Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson’s August interview with committee investigators. She did so without talking to anyone and now she's blaming a cold which slowed down my mental facilities and hadn't considered that now future witnesses to be interviewed will know exactly what Simpson said and can avoid providing conflicting statements to the committee. She claims there had been *** on portions of what was said so she decided to leak the whole transcript for everyone to see. Her action was nothing more than another attempt to cover up Hillary's, the DOJ's and the FBI's actions dealing with the fake anti-Trump dossier that kicked off Mueller's investigation. Feinstein was afraid future witnesses wouldn't know the talking points and might get tripped up during their interviews. Feinstein said she hadn't thought about releasing his testimony might influence what future witnesses say or do not say. She should be removed from access to any future information on the investigation, you can bet this wasn't the first time she's provided those under investigation information to help their defense.

There is no doubt her actions were obstruction of the investigation but I think she's more concerned with being identified as a co-conspirator in the crimes Congress is investigating. She is attempting to sabotage the investigation that will lead to her if witnesses had to testify without knowing the questions or answers ahead of time.

Imagine the outrage if someone on Mueller's investigative team was to release a 312 transcript on one of the Trump people they had interviewed while still scheduling interviews. The biggest fear by people testifying is that they say or deny something that conflicts with what someone prior to them has said. Plus the transcript would expose what the investigators have and the type of questions to be prepared for, knowing what the other person has already said about them.
