The Left doesn't care about a tax cut because, at this point, about 40 percent of the country doesn't pay any (or much) federal income tax.

It is true that Collins, Capito, McCain, Flake, and Murkowski are RINOs, but on the other hand pretty much any rational person wants a middle class tax cut.
