St. Louis mayor Lyda Krewson "I'm proud of the way the city has handled the protests, there have been no citizens injured" When ask about the 11 police injured, several hospitalized, Krewson said she was proud of the way the police avoided injuring any protesters and that it was unfortunate some officers were hurt but once again pointed out no citizens were.

So she doesn't consider police citizens? Next time the protesters try to storm the mayor's home, the police should get out of the way to avoid physical contact with the citizens. As it was they were pounded with bricks and rocks as they stood their ground blocking them from her home last night. 3 policemen were knocked unconscious but all were ordered to stand their ground protecting the mayor's home.
