How's the Mexico wall doing? How is the tax reform going? How's that infrastructure thing going?

Even the Supreme Court didn't stop people from the 'banned' countries from coming in. Nearly all of them are still eligible.
And Trump had more than enough time to actually do something about any real risk, but he didn't do a thing.
