Wikileaks: CIA 'Stole' Russian Malware, Uses It to ‘Misdirect Attribution’ of Cyber Attacks. The CIA's Remote Devices Branch's UMBRAGE group collects and maintains a substantial library of attack techniques 'stolen' from malware produced in other states including the Russian Federation.

With UMBRAGE and related projects the CIA cannot only increase its total number of attack types but also misdirect attribution by leaving behind the "fingerprints" of the groups that the attack techniques were stolen from.
Time for a major shake down of our government. It now appears the so called Russian interference in the election was actually the Obama administration trying to misdirect in attempts to set Trump up.

It's bad enough that the Obama Administration attempted to sway the election through wiretaps and then they lied about it, now we're learning they used software to make it look like it was the Russians attempting to sway the elections.

It's time for Trump to declare martial law in D.C. so it can cleaned up for once and all. Those same Obama minions who did the wiretapping and deflecting it off onto Russia are still in their government positions.
