Political discussions about everything

On Inauguration Day, on the front page, the NY Times headline read "Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides."

Why lie about it now?

When Trump got the nomination, the effort to stop him got frantic and they sought a FISA warrant.

That failed, so they got another in October. The targets were Manafort, somebody named Carter, and 2 others.

They wiretapped Flynn, Jared, and the Russian ambassador at Trump Tower in an effort to prevent Trump from taking office.

That's where that crazy "dossier" on Trump (Russian hookers, etc.) came in.

There is no doubt in my mind, that not only did Obama appointed minions obtain warrants for wiretaps, on those they couldn't obtain warrants they went ahead and did the wiretaps. Information obtained during a wiretap done legally can be used to bring criminal charges, information obtained without a warrant can only be used for intelligence and planning. The information obtained without a warrant was never entered into the system as having been obtained, it will take the people involved to come forward to prove it ever happened.

Amen.

The annoying thing is that a fellow such as McCain doesn't even understand what happened and his only sympathy is for the president who did act like a wiretapping dictator (Barry).

If McCain had read the NY Times on January 20th, he would understand what wiretapping was done to Trump.

That actually is a good article summarizing the pre-inauguration assault on Trump by the intel creeps.

There are those who say that RealStupid has the IQ of a rotten turnip.
That coming from someone who couldn't advance past being a public school teacher. It's like working at McDonalds for 30 years, except McDonalds demands quality work.

They are now saying the FBI and DoJ got 2 warrants in October.

Whether Trump's phone and email were intercepted is not known, but they did tap his server which was apparently outside T Tower.

They found no Russia link.

So, if somebody taps your server, even if it is outside your house, is that "wiretapping"?

If not, what else would it be?

I can hear it know "You asked if we (wiretapped), there was no wires involved when we tapped into them." Bubba will be proud of Obama's response.
