You still haven't figure it out what Trump meant when said Mexico will pay for the wall have you? They've already started paying, companies are cancelling plans to build in Mexico, that money and jobs that would have went to Mexico is staying in the United States. Mexico is paying and they know it, thus their need to raise more taxes through a 20% increase for fuel charges.

Elkin can't understand that Mexico does 50 billion per year in business/trade with the US.

Per year.

A wall, or barrier, for 10 billion is really merely a rather small one-time expense.

It isn't an option for Mexico not to do business with the US. It must.
