Suspect in murder of actress, yoga teacher charged in 6 other crimes in 2016. The man suspected of murdering a Washington, D.C. yoga instructor and part-time actress had been charged with a crime six other times in 2016 – including just days before Tricia McCauley was found sexually assaulted and strangled to death in her car early Tuesday.

Adrian Dwayne Johnson, 29, who also goes by Dwayne Adrian Johnson, was charged on Dec. 17 for two thefts on the same day. At a hearing for those cases, a judge ordered Johnson to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet then released him, but he never showed up to receive the device.

Johnson’s six other charges in 2016 stem from thefts and robberies, each time released. He’s also wanted in two other counties for failure to show in court for priorr theft cases, NBC4 reported. Johnson has been ordered to undergo multiple mental health screenings and attend drug rehabilitation in past cases, however, he failed to show for those screenings or the rehab. It's unclear why the judge ins the Dec. 17 theft case released rather than holding him on his previous warrants for failure to appear or comply. Had he held him Tricia McCauley would have been alive.

Oh by the way the murder is black and his victim is white. If this woman hadn’t been raped and murdered, she probably just would have done more microaggressions on people of color.
