The German intelligence community is firing back at allegations the Berlin killings were the result of an intelligence failure. They pointed out they had identified Amri as a potential terrorist, using fake names, having ISIS connections and in fact in the process of planning a terrorist attack but the German judicial system failed to act on the tons of information they provided. They said they are actively monitoring 24/7 over 500 similar immigrants who are in various states of planning terrorist attacks in Germany but the German system doesn't allow them take action until the terrorists move forward on their plans.
Dudes, this is what Obama has done here in the United States, he's not allowing our intel community or Law Enforcement to act on criminal illegals here, but yet every time there's an attack here in the United States, the White House points a finger at Law Enforcement failures.
