The Supreme Court has declined an Obama administration request to break its recent tie over plans to protect millions of immigrants.

The justices on Monday rejected the appeal with no comment. The high court split 4-4 in late June, effectively killing the White House's plans to shield from deportation immigrants who are in the country illegally and provide them work permits.

In the mean time Obama has ignored their rulings and continues his illegal acts.

Roberts has already rewritten Obamacare twice in absurd decisions.

In the first, he pretended Obamacare's mandate was a tax even though it was not in the revenue portionof the bill and Obama had angrily denounced the notion it was a tax.

The morning after the Sup Ct foolished salvaged Obamacare, the W House said thanks for the ruling but it isn't a tax.

This is the reward a spineless person always gets.
