French riot police in battle with Calais migrants. Several hundred migrants have taken to streets burning and destroying in protest of their living conditions and the slow processing of their paperwork.

So my question is, what law is France using to keep these people from returning home?

What's concerning is that their governments feels the needs and wants of the assholes overrides the safety and well being of their own citizens. Every migrant rioting should be rounded up and sent to their own country that very day. That would stop the riots, no if's ands or but about it.
