Dude, if you can't see the differences there you're blind.

Remember Mrs. Trump speaks five languages, Michelle on the subject " I gots to axed why she do dat?"

Trust me, no one wants to plagiarize what "dat womans be saying".

Wonder who Michelle stole her speech from?

Her SAT and LSAT scores remain hidden, and the one paper which leaked out was her senior thesis at Princeton and it had spelling errors and generally read like an 8th grade paper.

Naturally, she blamed Whitey for letting her into a good college.

Trump's speech was so bad even Corey Liewandowski said the writer should be fired...

When Trump's former thug and spin doctor says it's fucked up................then it's really fucked up.

Maybe Michelle got it from here:

1992, Rob Marsh..South African author.

“...is based upon the application of certain basic truths: that integrity is all important, that your word is your bond, that if you owe a person money you pay him back, that you work hard, enjoy what you do and show a loyalty to those with whom you work and do business. He instilled in me simple, clear cut values and a will to succeed.”

Makes a lot of sense that Michelle would have read the works of South African writers..

Now I'm not making any accusations but that........ is fucked up.

If you are going to plagiarize, why in the hell would you plagiarize an idiot like Michelle O?

I doubt if Melania even wrote the speech herself, an thusly, a plant in the organization put that wording in purposefully to cause the stink it is causing. Sabotage.

Any failure would be the simple fact that the Trump campaign did not catch it before the speech was made.

You can bet your bottom dollar she stole that blather from somebody else.

In any case, Melania proved what was necessary to show -- that she can deliver a stump speech.

At least she didn't say she hadn't been proud of her country in her adult lifetime, as Michelle did in her disgraceful speech.

You notice the hypocrisy in Elk's thread?
He is bitching about plagiarism....specifically by Melania Trump.

Well, Elk....what about Joe Biden's plagiarism?

"To think that she would do something like that knowing how scrutinized her speech was going to be last night is just really absurd," Manafort said.

Manafort said the words Melania used were not "cribbed" but are common words.

So according to Trump a whole bunch of "common" words just happened to be composed by Trump which just happened to be almost identical to the speech that was given by Michelle Obama!!!!!!!!!!!

Come on johnnie, why don't you get a statistician from your staff to figure out the odds of that happening!!!

LMFAO

The fact checkers are going to have a field day with this!

LMFAO

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says there is “no way that Melania Trump was plagiarizing Michelle Obama’s speech.” Paul Manafort, Donald Trump’s campaign manager, called the allegation “absurd.”

We were reluctant to join the pack in pointing out the obvious when the two convention speeches are compared. Melania Trump is the spouse of the Republican candidate, is not running for office, and likely read from a script that was handed to her, even though she earlier had taken credit for writing the speech “with as little help as possible.”
But Manafort, who made his comments on CNN, and Christie, who spoke about it on CNN and NBC, are political pros spinning the facts.

Manafort flatly denied that there was any plagiarism of Obama’s 2008 convention speech by Trump’s speech writers.
Manafort, July 19: There’s no cribbing of Michelle Obama’s speech. These were common words and values. She cares about her family. Things like that. I mean, she was speaking in front of 35 million people last night. She knew that. To think that she would be cribbing Michelle Obama’s words is crazy.

Christie, a former prosecutor, told Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today Show” that 93 percent of Melania’s speech was “completely different.” He also told CNN’s Jamie Gangel it isn’t plagiarism “if we’re talking about 7 percent of a speech.”

“There’s no way that Melania Trump was plagiarizing Michelle Obama’s speech,” Christie told Gangel.
Here is one section from the speeches of Michelle Obama and Melania Trump. We’ve bolded the identical and nearly identical language.

Michelle Obama, Aug. 25, 2008: Barack and I were raised with so many of the same values: that you work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do; that you treat people with dignity and respect, even if you don’t know them, and even if you don’t agree with them.

And Barack and I set out to build lives guided by these values, and pass them on to the next generation. Because we want our children — and all children in this nation — to know that the only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.

And here is Trump:
Melania Trump, July 18, 2016: From a young age, my parents impressed on me the values that you work hard for what you want in life, that your word is your bond and you do what you say and keep your promise, that you treat people with respect.

They taught and showed me values and morals in their daily lives. That is a lesson that I continue to pass along to our son. And we need to pass those lessons on to the many generations to follow. Because we want our children in this nation to know that the only limit to your achievements is the strength of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.

We get that both speakers are expressing common values — as both Manafort and Christie pointed out. But the language is mostly identical in these passages, and for Manafort, in particular, to deny the obvious is — to use his word — “absurd.”

Melanoma Trump wrote it originally.

Mrs. Obama used Barack's time machine (the one he used to go back and place his birth announcement) to go forward in time to steal the speech in 2016 from Mrs. Trump.

So, Mrs. Obama, time traveling, went into the future.

Yep. Makes perfect sense in Trumpland and Fox Nation.
