I posted this on the L Lynch thread, but it also should reside here...

If anybody needs an example of why the Clintons feel like they are above the law, well Comey just delivered it.

She had a private server with State department classified material on it. Period. She had it.
That is against the law. Period.

Anybody else would have been prosecuted.

"Uh....sorry officer....I really did not intend to be speeding....." See if that works next time you get pulled over.
Or,
"Uh....sorry judge....I really did not intend to kill the victim....."

Intent has NADA to do with it. She broke the law. But she got off.

Sure. If he broke the law, right? Did he have a server in his closet?

Why are these fuckers above the law?

During my career as an IT network manager, I had to comply with all kinds of IT security laws....HIPAA, and SOX to name a few.
If I didn't I could be prosecuted, fined, etc. And there is no doubt that they would have prosecuted me,
BUT NO, not the Hildabeest.

You know Dog, I would think you should know how weak your argument as quoted above is.

I thought teachers in NC had to have Master's degrees. That's the way it was when I lived up there.

Loretta Lynch will now keep her promise and follow the recommendations of the FBI.....

And Loretta is nothing if not a woman of integrity!

But just because Hillary is not charged based on the FBI's definition of "intent"....and they

say charges are not appropriate in this case....

it does not mean she is not guilty.

Fortunately the American people have no obligation to follow the FBI"s recommendations...

Your group of "American People" have elected Donald Trump as your choice for gop candidate. I wouldn't count on much intelligent thought in following the FBI recommendations.

Actually the FBI investigation is very damning for Hillary and points out her "extremely careless" actions probably gave hostile governments access to classified information. Top if off with a corrupt system that bends the law for the Clintons it's up to the people to hold her accountable come election time. She's toast!

Dogshitzilla! Just read where Harrison Ford punched out some asshole in a bar there in North Carolina. The assholes was arrested and tossed in the clink. Of course I immediately thought of you.

You made bail pretty fast for assaulting a celebrity.
Good thing ol' Han didn't have his trusty light saber.

As usual, Trump nailed it: "The system is rigged."

They think the fix is in, but judging from what I'm reading and hearing, the shit has just hit the fan with the American people.
The Clintons have gotten away with too much for too long.
This may be a bridge too far.

Well, it WOULD BE funny if it weren't so true. And sad. And sickening.

Comey said there was no intent, but of course there was -- the setting up of several private servers to defeat federal information law.

Comey's own words ("extreme carelessness") are the definition of gross negligence, which the statute has in mind, and show the case should have been taken to a grand jury.

Will anybody again trust the FBI to do a neutral, fair investigation?

Again...very weak argument style. Pointing to someone else's wrongdoing as justification for another wrongdoing is weak, weak, weak.

"Uh, Officer, I didn't intend to speed, but EVERYONE else was doing it...so...."

Ask Clownmoid to explain it.

The issue right here and now is Clinton. Even Clownmoid would say Bush isn't even running for anything, nor is Powell.

Clinton is a lying cunt. Both Bill and Hillary!!!! LOL.

My POINT is (and you DO understand it) that you guys are all up at arms about Hillary doing exactly the same thing that the others did, but you didn't say a word about those. Hillary is NOT going to be charged or arrested, so all you're doing is making a fuss about HER, just to try to influence the election. That is just two-faced and wrong.

BTW....If you guys are this upset now about the possibilty of her winning, HOW in the hell are you going to survive 8 years of her Presidency??
By johnforbes
#73772
No, that's a false argument because the standards changed from Colin Powell and Hillary.

That aside, if Powell or any Republican (real or nominal like Powell) had exposed national security like this, I'd say they should be charged.

Every day, prosecutors use deleted email to show guilty knowledge, and Hillary deleted tens of thousands of emails, then wiped the server.

Hillary also showed intent by setting up more than one private server. The purpose was to defeat FOIA requests.

Comey said "extreme carelessness," which is the very definition of gross negligence under that statute.

What a sad day for the rule of law, which now no longer applies.

Actually you are wrong shit breath.
And I will endure mucho beatdowns for telling you this.
I did not know about any Bush emails that were gone/missing. Never heard of it. Kinda hard to protest about something you don't know about.

So, there you go. You are wrong about "saying a word about those", and not two-faced at all.
I am focusing on that shit lying cunt, not two others who are irrelevant at this date.

Look, facts: Hillary is a lying cunt. She thinks she is above the law. She is running. Her ideas and policies and platform are absolutely 180* out of phase with my thinking. I do not agree with a damn thing that bitch says. Not one thing. I don't want another lying Clinton is the office. She will continue the ruination of this country.

And 8 years? Hence my Belize comment.

"The emails had been run through private accounts controlled by the Republican National Committee and were only supposed to be used for dealing with non-administration political campaign work to avoid violating ethics laws"

From your Salon article.

This has all the wording of a liberal "journalist" trying to spin this issue into something that is similar to Hillary's debacle.
It apparently was not. Here is why: The RNC is not required by Federal law to keep email records.
These emails did not come from the White House. They were communications within the RNC.

IF Bush had hired a private contractor to set up a server in Crawford, physically outside the firewall/security protection that is installed on every Federal network, and Bush Jr. had written and received emails on that server, and then tried to cover his actions by deleting e-mails and wiping the server HD, and destroying evidence, THEN yes THEN it would be comparable.

Why don't you respond to my allegation that she is a lying cunt?

You cannot, because she IS.

Think back on the Benghazi video lie. She repeated it, Odumbass repeated it, Rice lied, and what was the result?

Some poor schlub in California had his life destroyed. She lied to the mothers of the victims.

Just show me that she is NOT a liar. Bill too, for that matter.

How in the HELL can you support any politician that is such a blatant repeat liar? How dude?
By johnforbes
#73781
Even if what Dogzilla was saying happened to be true (it isn't), one wrong thing doesn't justify another.

If Hillary were a Republican and did the same thing, I'd point out that she had violated the statute (which she clearly did by Comey's own words of "extreme carelessness").

Hillary is a habitual liar..lies when there is no reason to lie! She can not help it!

We all have come across and know someone like that..so you know what I'm saying..

Hillary once said she was named after Edmund Hillary! Why would she say that?

She said she was dodging sniper fire in Bosnia.....why lie about that?

She lies because there's something mentally wrong with her..it became clear when she got her first job

and it became so disturbing to her supervisors (lawyers themselves, not strangers to hearing someone lie)...

they her fired because of her ethics and said so on the record...
By Dogzilla
#73793
She lies because she's a fucken lawyer and a politician.
By johnforbes
#73797
Lawyers lie plenty, but so do teachers and car salesmen and stockbrokers and trashmen, etc.

The argument that Bush Jr did something wrong (and he did plenty wrong) is pallid as we are almost 8 years into Obama's reign.
By Dogzilla
#73803
But I don't remember you blubbering against Bush so nastily as you do against Clinton. Yes?
By johnforbes
#73814
Well, saying "blubbering" is a rhetorical technique whereby you downgrade the vocal output of those with different opinions.

So that's cognitively disingenuous (to phrase it politely).

As to my criticisms of Bush Junior, they were legion.

But the failures of Bush Jr, who spent like a drunken sailor for example, do nothing to excuse Barry O spending like a fleet of drunken sailors and landing the U.S. in almost 20 trillion dollars of debt (which can't and won't be paid off).

So, Dogzilla, if you pay attention to avoiding the argumentative mistakes you've made, you could improve and mount a better case for your kneejerk lliberal views in some other forum.

As we both know, opinions articuated here matter not.

#73824
Did you look up my "Word of the Day" for you? Sashay.

BTW....Your blaming Obama for BabyBush/Darth Cheney running up the national dept is, again, very lame.
By johnforbes
#73828
No need to look up that word, or any other here.

As a rural kid, our household had a subscription to the Reader's Disgust (with its vocabulary section).

Bush and Cheney certainly created additional debt, but Obama created more debt than any previous president, and indeed all of them put together.

If Hillary did not know some of the emails she would receive as Secretary of State would be classified....

then she's too stupid to be President!

johnny accuses Dog of being "cognitively disingenuous" for being dismissive of different ideas by using the term "blubbering" and then he turns around and does exactly the same thing calling Dog's ideas "kneejerk lliberal views".

johnny is, as always, the partisan hypocrite who's oblivious to the plank in his own eye.
