The defense team have been able to obtain a report written by the lead detective that just shows deceit was used by the prosecutor to obtain indictments against six police officers. Prosecutors had withheld that report from the defense and when the defense did get it they claimed they had never seen it but the lead detective said she had provided it prosecutor herself. The prosecutor lied to the grand jury about the investigative outcome and had the lead detective (also a black female) lie also to get the indictment. The lead detective is now claiming her testimony wasn't the truth but she testified to what the prosecutor told her to say.

Mosby's office has declined to comment.

My question is, why isn't a grand jury being presented with Mosby's crimes and she's still in office? The lead detective should also be under investigation, saying you were told to lie under oath isn't a defense.
