Hillary received thousands of classified documents on her private server in her bathroom, she claims it's not her fault since they weren't marked classified, now information has leaked that some of the documents she received were marked "classified", Hillary's spokesperson is claiming that Hillary received so many emails and documents that she didn't have the luxury of checking the markings on them.

So it's went from I never received classified documents, to I didn't know I might receive classified documents, to I never received classified documents, to I never received documents marked classified, to I didn't have time to check the classification to "what difference does it make?"

In terms of the statutes, the markings mean nothing.

It is the content which matters, and nobody on the planet is better equipped than a Yale-educated Secretary of State to ascertain the importance of the content.

But Obama endorsed her, which indicates the fix is in.

He has surely told the Dept of Justice not to charge her, and it only remains to be seen whether he can also put the fix in with the FBI.

Those of us who remember when America operated by the rule of law hope that there is at least one honest agency left, but it is shocking to realize that the IRS has admitted large-scale political targeting of conservative groups.

Bingo. I'm betting the FBI had enough for an indictment months ago but Loretta Lynch is keeping the investigation open (thus sealed) by sending the investigators back down rabbit holes. The FBI is clearly frustrated because *** are starting to come out Lynch has indeed sent them back to the drawing table several times when they've tried to present their findings.

As long as Lynch can keep the investigation active, their findings can "and will" be kept from the public, that's exactly what's happening until after the election. The risk for Hillary is if the tactic doesn't work and Trump wins, he'll replace Lynch so quick it'll make your head swim and rest assured her replacement will act on her crimes. Of course if Hillary wins, Lynch now reports to her so nothing will happen.

Remember no crime has to be committed or proven for someone to be charged with
obstruction of justice.....
Taking a photo of a cop or asking him questions while in the act of doing his job....is obstruction of justice.

The DoJ has an active investigation on an individual for possible crimes against the state....
The President, who is the DoJ's boss...... publicly endorses the individual as the most qualified person
to succeed him ........If that isn't obstruction of justice, than what is ?

That was an outrage, but the sad thing is that Watergate now looks tiny and mild.

Nixon's dream of perverting the IRS to go after political enemies was brought to fruition under Obama.
