Well during Obama's visit to Japan he told the people of Japan that the U.S. military conduct has been unacceptable and he promised to take swift and stringent action to control our military members. Well today the 19,000 sailors in Japan have been basically been put under house arrest and banned from drinking alcohol, while Obama pardons and releases thousands of criminal onto our streets. There can be no doubt, Obama is doing his best to punish America.

The Navy announced Monday that drinking alcohol would be banned for all 19,000 personnel in Japan.

Imbibing will be banned both on and off base, and sailors will no longer be able to freely leave their bases. Leaving base grounds will be allowed only for running necessary errands, or commuting from an off-base home.

Foreign military troops have been involved in DWI's and other crimes in the United States but their governments haven't punished them all for the actions of a few as Obama did ours. In fact illegals are doing it daily and Obama actually enables and supports illegals, he's treating illegals better than our own military members.

The Japanese aren't interested in our government giving a slap on the wrist to perpetrators after their family members are already dead or injured.

Obama is trying to do the same thing to gun owners, he did do the same to police departments. Oddly the way he handles violent leftists is to let them destroy and then reward them and say he understands why they do it. Sure, Japan saves a ton of money because we pick up their tab, but the real reason we are there is because we want and need military bases close to China, North Korea, and Southeast Asia.

They aren't using us. We are using them, and we can't maintain our security without a strategic presence in the region.
You can't do everything with just subs and carriers out in the ocean somewhere.
We pay for their defense so that we can keep them on the hook so that they can't afford to throw us out.
But everyone has a breaking point. No one will stand by and be abused forever.

Plus Germany! The amount of money those countries are charging us to lease the bases and housing in their countries is insane. The times of us needing to have a standing military force all over the world are over. We need to bring them all back if they're not willing to foot 100% of the bill, the 100's of billions we spend over there for their defense could be used to beef up our military in the States while spending that money here. We should spend a portion of the money saved by setting up missile defense batteries in key locations on our borders and tell our allies it's time they put their big boy panties on because we are no longer footing the bills or blood for their defense.
