Attorney General Loretta Lynch indicated Wednesday that the law doesn't require the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email system, even if the FBI recommends criminal charges.

Many potential Hillary supporters are hesitating on giving Hillary more money and support with criminal charges hanging over her head; therefore they had Loretta march out; as they did Rice on Benghazi and insure everyone there is nothing to worry about. Loretta basically told everyone, there won't be any criminal charges filed, the FBI reports to me and I will toss the FBI recommendations in the trash if they don't toe the line.

The thing is, Loretta Lynch was appointed for race, gender, and partisan political reasons.

There are tens of thousands of people in America better qualified for that job.

She will not charge Hillary with anything more serious that spitting on the sidewalk.
