The attack happened in Belgium. The U.S. President has nothing to do with it at this stage. European authorities had it well in hand. When they ask for help, our intelligence people can give them help. The President can handle anything from Air Force 1, but there was nothing to handle at that point, and you all know it.

Meanwhile, think of your reaction to George W's response when he heard about the attack on the World Trade Center towers. Actually Biden and Sharpton hosted an all day event with the National Rainbow Coalition and Black Lives Matter groups at the White House to hear out their concerns and try and convince them he isn't a normal cracker.
