Just last week Scalia was the deciding vote that blocked Obama's clean energy plans , embarrassing Obama on the world stage and undermined Obama’s promises in the Paris climate negotiations. The decision sent the White House and State department into a tail spin. Just 3 days ago, Obama promised he would find a way o push his plan through and condemned the conservatives in the Supreme Court for their decision, mean while others said the clean energy plans would have to wait until the make up of the Supreme Court is more favorable to Obama's agenda. Days later, Scalia dies of unknown causes despite having no known health issues.
