DOJ will not only indict Hillary they will stage a kangaroo court charging her with everything they can think of, then allow Clinton's attorneys to beat the charges, all so she can't be tried again. They know that once a Republican DOJ is put in, there will be a serious prosecution with no holding back on evidence and once convicted there will be plea bargaining, she will be locked up. But if the Democrats hold their kangaroo court and let her walk, The Fifth Amendment prevents her from ever being tried again for the offenses she beat.
