When a factory makes a produce, that product has to be shipped to the consumer. Stores have to have their salable goods shipped to them. To really see how this robust economy is doing, here are five charts that show how the transportation industry, that gets the product to the consumer, is doing.

The independent trucker has huge payments (lease or buy) coming due but less income to make that payment. Most trucking companies finance their trucks so they have huge payments as well. The stores might have to wait longer for their goods or pay higher rates for shipping. The charts show that there will be fewer jobs in the transportation industry which translates into fewer people to buy the goods and rising unemployment.

Mister Politico, where is this robust economy you keep telling us about?
