New York City police say the stepdaughter of U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch was taken into custody for not paying an Uber taxi driver.

Kia Absalom was riding in the car Dec. 28. Police say she believed her fare was automatically paid via the Uber app. But the driver tells the Daily News she hadn't paid.

Police say the two argued and the driver took her to a Brooklyn police station. They say after it was determined she owed the driver about $20 she was detained in a cell while her boyfriend went to pay the fare.

Messages left with the attorney general's office haven't been returned.
A New York news channel is reporting that she became combative with the police officers who tried to diffuse the situation and promised there would be consequences. The Brooklyn PD confirmed they've been contacted by a civil rights attorney with the DOJ looking into the matter.

Really? While I'm sure you would never fabricate anything, may we see some kind of Fair and Balanced link to substantiate that, JustFreedManMe?

I'll even make it easy on you, the DOJ actually sent FBI agent John Robison along with the thug's "father" to investigate the police's handling of the arrest. Now you tell how often the FBI gets involved in ripping off a cab driver and when does the father of the thug get access to police records to do his own investigation?
#66717
Even the liberal rag NY Daily News has it, although a put a spin on the father's and FBI's investigation into the PD's handling of the AG's daughter. The FBI and her father were only insuring she wasn't given special treatment in their investigation of the PD>

That works with misleading your buddies here, and spools up Clownkicker, but it's not even remotely adequate to substantiate your assertion that the DOJ is investigating this as a civil rights matter.

But keep going. I find your relentless buffoonery entertaining from time to time.

but it's not even remotely adequate to substantiate your assertion that the DOJ is investigating this as a civil rights matter.

So you tell us why the FBI would be investigating the PD's handing of a case where a person didn't pay a $20 cab bill? No one was hurt, there was no violence, it was a simple $20 theft of services. Even an idiot knows the only reason DOJ got involved is because it involves the AG's black daughter.
#66747
Now you're starting to get there.

They said they went to make sure she wasn't getting special treatment because of who her mother is. If anything, her mother is probably pissed off at her for this.

That's nowhere your belief that there's some kind of civil rights violation investigation. Still, I'm sure it continues to play well with your simpleton cohorts around here.

I'd ask you if "don't you feel silly now" except that's how you always present yourself so therefore you must feel that way all the time. If you don't, you should. lol

Grog if you really believe the DOJ rolled out the FBI to investigate the PD's handling of her daughter to insure she was treated like any other thug you're a bigger libtard than the clown.
#66752
They went to check on her, undoubtedly at her mother's behest. Of course they would. It's common sense which in and of itself is an uncommon attribute amongst conservatives. lol

Keep working on the civil rights violation angle. Maybe that's what you've got Forbes doing today.
#66754

Bingo!

Sending the FBI is an abuse of her authority and of public employees. Checking on her daughter is a 100% civil matter that should have been paid by her, using civilians, such as a private attorney. It was also surely meant to intimidate the local police and check the races of everyone involved to determine if they needed could file federal charges on anyone who dared messed with her black daughter. This is typical of the Obama administration cronies.
#66759
LOL. The dumblemint twins together and on the case at last with JustFreedManMe tripling down on his absurd mendacities.

JustFreedManMe was getting worried about your bail hearing today, Forbes. I would think as many times as you've been arrested for pandering, soliciting and generally indecent behavior that you'd have a charge account with the local cops.
#66761
Just another example of the DOJ under Obama targeting perceived enemies (police and whites) rather than criminals while protecting his cronies (Hillary). Sending the FBI to get involved in a private matter is unethical and probably criminal. Failing to act on Hillary's crimes is aiding and abetting.
#66789
Anything yet on the civil rights violation investigation?
Already provided the proof of that but you for some reason feel the DOJ sent the FBI to investigate the police's handling of her black daughter to insure she wasn't give any "special treatment" and was treated like the other thugs they had arrested.

I can see the FBI talking to the PD, I'm just here to make sure you don't give her any special treatment and that you put her in with the other bitches and not in a private cell for her own protection. Oh yeah, she only gets one call, got that!

Grog, you win the libtard of the week award;)

I'm patient, JustFreedManMe.

Whenever you or your crack team of researchers finds the stuff about the civil rights violation, one of you can put up the link and we'll go from there.

Again, thanks in advance.
#66826
As an aside, JustFreedManMe thanks you for bumping this to the top. lol

That way he doesn't forget to check on simple Silly's research progress in finding the proof that the DOJ is investigating this as a civil rights violation.
#66908
Looks like Forbes was going nuts on the poppers last night. But thanks for bumping this up for JustFreedManMe.

What's the current status of the DOJ's civil rights violation investigation into this? Any updates?

It's obvious, they couldn't find anything the PD did wrong or it would be front page news by now. The DOJ's abuse of a public agency (FBI) for a private matter is what's going unaddressed.
