Obama's visionary mandate of sharing the wealth is about to be put into ink in Paris. Global Warming has always been about redistribution of wealth from rich countries to poor.

= Affirmative action to redistribute our country's wealth to other countries.

The United States has cast doubt on whether Paris will produce a legally binding deal. Secretary of State John Kerry said this month that there were "not going to be legally binding reduction targets" agreed at the meeting.

Obama will no doubt sign a legally binding agreement even though he has no authority to obligate the money without Congress' approval.

I'm guessing Obama hopes we don't notice he will burn 40,000 gallons of fuel on this little trip to Paris.....

This tells me that Obama really doesn't care about the environment that much....

What he really worries him is Hollande's "war" on ISIS.....he's there to convince the French President

to dial it down and let him know what his plans are...
